本文从教师元认知理论的内涵与结构入手,结合高职英语教师职业发展的模式及其紧迫性,探究教师的元认知能力对教师职业发展的作用,体现了持续性职业发展的思想。
This article starts from the connotation and structure of the teacher’s metacognitive theory, and explores the role of teacher’s metacognitive ability on teacher’s career development in light of the professional development model and its urgency. It reflects the idea of continuous career development.
