在对设备维修模式及技术体系发展综述的基础上,指出适合具有较严重故障后果设备的维修决策新技术——基于风险的维修。针对当前电站单纯根据设备可靠性、维修费用或设备运行状态进行维修决策,而不能实现全局维修优化的问题,建立了基于风险的设备维修决策框架。该框架以综合设备可靠性和故障后果的风险作为维修优化目标,并利用故障树算法实现维修周期的优化。最后通过实例说明了基于风险的维修决策技术在电站设备中的应用方法。
Based on the review of the development of equipment maintenance mode and technical system, this paper points out the new maintenance decision-making technology suitable for equipment with more serious failure consequences - risk-based maintenance. According to the current power plant simply based on equipment reliability, maintenance costs or equipment operation status of the maintenance decision-making, and can not achieve global maintenance optimization problem, the establishment of a risk-based equipment maintenance decision-making framework. The framework takes the risk of reliability and failure consequences of equipment as the goal of maintenance and optimization, and uses the fault tree algorithm to optimize the maintenance cycle. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of risk-based maintenance decision-making in power plant equipment.
