本文主要报导和利用组织培养方法培养中粒种咖啡(Coffca robusta)成熟胚、幼胚及胚愈伤组织分化再生植株的试验结果。结果表明:诱导成熟胚成苗率最高的培养基为NS+激动素0.01毫克/升+3%蔗糖。诱导愈伤组织和胚状体频率最高的培养基为MS+激动素0.01~0.1毫克/升+2,4—D 0.1毫克/升+3%蔗糖。将分化的胚状体转移到Ms+激动素0.01~0.1毫克/升+吲哚乙酸0.5毫克/升+3%蔗糖,可获得离体小植株。
In this paper, we mainly report on the experimental results of culturing differentiated regenerated plants of mature embryos, immature embryos and embryonic callus from Coffrus macrophylla (Coffia macrophylla) using tissue culture method. The results showed that the highest induction rate of mature embryos was NS + KT 0.01 mg / L + 3% sucrose. The medium with the highest frequency of callus induction and embryoid induction was MS + KT 0.01 ~ 0.1 mg / L + 2,4-D 0.1 mg / L + 3% sucrose. The differentiated embryoid bodies were transferred to Ms + kinetin 0.01 ~ 0.1 mg / L + indole acetic acid 0.5 mg / L + 3% sucrose to obtain in vitro plantlets.
