目的:测定黄蜀葵中主要活性成分的含量。方法:采用硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖的含量,采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,采用HPLC法测定槲皮素和金丝桃苷的含量。结果:黄蜀葵中多糖含量为5.68%,总黄酮含量为1.577 5%,金丝桃苷和槲皮素含量分别为1.102%、0.404 1%。结论:黄蜀葵中多糖、总黄酮、金丝桃苷、槲皮素等活性成分含量较高,所选的相应测定方法简便,结果可靠,可作为其质量控制参考。
Objective: To determine the content of major active components in hollyhock. Methods: The content of polysaccharide was determined by sulfuric acid - phenol method. The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. The contents of quercetin and hyperoside were determined by HPLC. Results: The content of polysaccharide in hollyhock was 5.68%, the content of total flavonoids was 1.577 5%, the contents of hyperoside and quercetin were 1.102% and 0.404 1% respectively. Conclusion: The contents of polysaccharides, flavonoids, hyperoside, quercetin and other active ingredients of hollyhock are higher than those of other hollyhocks. The corresponding determination method is simple and reliable, which can be used as reference for quality control.
