目的了解下呼吸道感染致病菌的分布及耐药情况。方法通过对我院677例下呼吸道感染患者痰液分离菌的培养、鉴定及药敏试验,并对结果进行分析。结果培养阳性的下呼吸道感染致病菌278株中,分离得到肺炎克雷伯菌49株、大肠埃希菌28株、铜绿假单胞菌32株、不动杆菌19株、肺炎链球菌54株、溶血葡萄球菌21株,占到总数的73.0%。其中革兰氏阳性球菌对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟耐药率较低,革兰氏阴性杆菌对头孢哌酮、阿米卡星耐药率较低。结论下呼吸道感染者中的痰液分离菌对抗菌素存在耐药性,本检测结果能有助于临床上对下呼吸道感染的诊断和合理用药。
Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Through the 677 cases of lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital sputum isolates of culture, identification and drug sensitivity test, and the results were analyzed. Results Among the 278 strains of positive lower respiratory tract infection, 49 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, 28 strains of Escherichia coli, 32 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 19 strains of Acinetobacter and 54 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated, , 21 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, accounting for 73.0% of the total. Gram-positive cocci, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime resistance rate is low, Gram-negative bacilli cefoperazone, amikacin resistance rate is low. Conclusion The sputum isolates from lower respiratory tract infection patients are resistant to antibiotics. The results of this test can be helpful for the diagnosis and rational use of lower respiratory tract infection clinically.
