在分析了主汽压控制系统评价特点后,选择Harris指标作为稳态段性能评价指标,并给出了基于拉盖尔模型的递归最小二乘估计最小方差算法中时标的选择方法;进而研究了动态段性能评价,提出了求解系统跟踪时刻的计算方法,并以此为分界点将数据分为两部分,分别用于计算系统的确定性性能指标和随机性性能指标。并提出了此情况下控制回路综合性能评价的一般步骤。通过仿真对比分析,验证了本算法的有效性。最后应用于某600 MW火电机组的主汽压控制系统进行了控制性能综合评价。
After analyzing the characteristics of the main steam pressure control system, the Harris indicator is chosen as the performance evaluation index of the steady-state section, and the selection method of time-scale in the least variance algorithm based on Laguerre model is given. In order to evaluate the performance of the dynamic segment, a method of calculating the tracking time of the system is proposed. The data is divided into two parts, which are used to calculate the deterministic performance and the random performance index respectively. And puts forward the general steps of evaluating the comprehensive performance of control loop in this situation. Through simulation analysis, the effectiveness of this algorithm is verified. Finally, it is applied to the main steam pressure control system of a 600 MW thermal power unit to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of control performance.
