教师在教学中要注重学生的学习参与和教学策略的选择,这样才能高效地完成教学任务,达成教学目的。“个性化理学”是指学生自主整理教学内容,自主学习,进行个人整理学习,或小组整理学习,还可以借助网络整理学习。在“个性化理学”教学中教师要坚持激发学生学习兴趣,培养整理学习的能力;坚持以学生发展为中心,全面提高学生整理学习的意识;关注学生差异,给学生空间,保证整理学习的有效进行。实验证明,“个性化理学”教学模式在小学体育教学中的应用效果较好,大大地提高了课堂教学效率。
