近来,在冷轧钢材方面,市场对具有平直度良好、强度较高的薄板材料的需求量有所增加。为了满足市场要求,日本钢管厂和播磨重工业公司研制出一种新型五辊式冷轧机(FFC)。这种易于控制板材平直度的轧机,系由一个高速大压下小直径工作辊和一个带双轴承座弯辊装置以矫正各种板形缺陷的轧辊水平弯辊系统组成。 1982年6月,日本钢管厂引进FFC轧机作二次冷轧机用。为了摸清轧机的特征,该厂曾进行过多次试验,并研制出一种分析模型.以便与其它型号轧机板形控制能力进行比较,并建立一个板形自动控制系统。
Recently, in the field of cold-rolled steel, there has been an increase in the demand for sheet materials having good flatness and high strength. In response to market demands, Japanese tube mills and broadcast mill heavy industry developed a new five-roll cold rolling mill (FFC). This easy-to-control mill’s flatness consists of a high-speed, large-diameter, small-diameter work roll and a roll leveling system with double-bearing bending devices to correct various plate defects. June 1982, the Japanese steel pipe plant to introduce FFC rolling mill for secondary cold rolling mill. In order to find out the characteristics of the mill, the plant has conducted numerous tests and developed an analytical model to compare it with that of other mill models and to establish a plate-shaped automatic control system.
