随着我国市场经济的快速发展以及城市化进程的加快,很多偏远贫困地区的农村剩余劳动力向经济发达城市转移,因此在我们的周围出现了一个特殊的群体——外来务工人员。他们既是家庭的主要劳动力也是各自孩子的父母,离乡背井来到陌生的城市打工赚钱又不舍得让自己的孩子留守家乡,亲情分离,所以他们中的很大一部分带着孩子一起来到了陌生的城市打拼、生活。结合一年一度的德育导师家访活动,看到了很多耐人寻味的片段。 With the rapid development of China’s market economy and the acceleration of urbanization, many rural surplus labor in remote and impoverished areas have shifted to economically developed cities. Therefore, a special group of migrant workers has emerged around us. They are both the main labor force of the family and the parents of their children. They leave hometown and come to an unfamiliar city to work and make money. They are not willing to let their children stay in their hometown and separate their families. Therefore, a large part of them took their children to an unfamiliar city to work hard ,life. In conjunction with the annual Moral Teacher Home Visiting event, I saw a lot of intriguing pieces.
