目的:比较两种不同牙本质电镜照片预处理方法,探讨影像数字化预处理获取高质量牙本质显微结构的可行性。方法:采用分段线性增强和直方图均衡技术对牙本质电镜照片进行处理,比较两种方法对牙本质微结构图像的影响。结果:经过处理后的图像质量均明显改善,表现为图像对比度增加,牙本质微结构特征更加明显。其中直方图均衡化效果优于分段线性增强技术。结论:图像增强技术可明显改善牙本质电镜照片质量,可为研究牙本质的显微结构提供高质量的图像。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the two pretreatment methods of different dentin electron micrographs and discuss the feasibility of obtaining the high quality dentin microstructure through digital image preprocessing. Methods: The piecewise linear enhancement and histogram equalization techniques were used to process the dentin electron microscopy images, and the effects of the two methods on dentin microstructure images were compared. Results: After the treatment, the image quality was significantly improved, showing the image contrast increased, the dentin microstructure features more pronounced. Histogram equalization better than the piecewise linear enhancement technology. CONCLUSION: Image enhancement technique can significantly improve the quality of dentin microscopy images and provide high quality images for the study of dentin microstructure.
