204牵引电动机经过一段时间运用,在定子线圈和转子的机械部分,都发生过严重的折断事故,这都是由于机械振动引起。在运行中,204电动机究竟能承受多大的振动?同机车速度有什么关系?如何防止或抑制振动?为此,我们在运行中做了如下几种有关振动测量的试验。1.测量方法试验中我们将传感器放置在牵引电动机的抱轴引线处和风筒处。采用压电式传感器、六线测振仪、有源滤波器和示波器,测量加速度和频率。如图1所示。
204 After a period of traction motor traction, the stator coil and rotor mechanical parts, have a serious accident occurred, which are caused by mechanical vibration. In operation, 204 motor how much vibration can withstand? What is the relationship with locomotive speed? How to prevent or inhibit the vibration? To do this, we have done in the operation of the following several vibration measurement test. 1. Measurement Methods In the experiment, we placed the sensor on the shaft of the traction motor and on the hair shaft. Piezoelectric sensors, six-wire vibrometer, active filters and oscilloscopes measure acceleration and frequency. As shown in Figure 1.
