目前,有关高粱×苏丹草(Songhum bicolor L.)A1和A3细胞质杂种的农艺性状进行比较的资料尚未见报道。研究旨在比较A1和A3细胞质对高粱×苏丹草杂种的成熟性、结籽性、高度、牧草产量及品质的影响。1989年,有8个苏丹草种群的花粉授给雄性不育的A1和A3细胞质高粱品系,所得杂种于1990~1991年种在内布拉斯大学的田间试验室。按裂区种植,自交为主区,细胞质处理为副区。土壤为粉质粘壤土(细蒙脱石)。细胞质对达到50%开花的天数,牧草的高度,产量以及体外干物质消失率,粗蛋白没有影响。在套袋A3杂种上,观察到结籽与细胞质源和品系间具有互作作用。
At present, no comparison has been reported on the agronomic traits of the A1 and A3 hybrids of Sorghum × Sudan grass (Songhum bicolor L.). The aim of this study was to compare the effects of A1 and A3 cytoplasm on maturity, seed set, height, pasture yield and quality of sorghum × sudangrass hybrids. In 1989, eight populations of sudangrass pollens were given to male sterile lines of A1 and A3 cytoplasmic sorghum. The resulting hybrids were planted at the University of Nebraska Field Laboratory from 1990 to 1991. According to split planting, selfing as the main area, cytoplasm processing as a sub-area. Soil is silty clay loam (fine montmorillonite). Cytoplasm had no effect on the number of days reached 50% flowering, pasture height, yield, and rate of dry matter disappearance in vitro, crude protein. In bagged A3 hybrids, it was observed that seed setting interacts with the cytoplasmic source and the lineages.
