对于建筑工程活动来说,工程招标一开始涉及到的重要内容之一就是工程工期。工程工期的管理是整个项目工程管理的基础。它不但决定着整个施工活动的进程,同时也会对工程施工质量产生一定的影响。如果在实际的项目管理活动中,管理理念与管理手段不合理,将会使施工工期管理工作水平难以得到实质性地提高。所以,本文笔者以施工工期管理水平的提高为目标,对施工工期管理的具体手段进行深入探讨,旨在为业内人士提供一定的参考。
For construction activities, one of the important items involved in the beginning of project bidding is the construction period. Project duration management is the basis of project management. It not only determines the whole process of construction activities, but also will have a certain impact on the quality of construction. If the actual project management activities, management concepts and management methods unreasonable, will make it difficult to substantially improve the construction schedule management. Therefore, the author of this paper aims to improve the management level of construction period and discuss the concrete measures of construction period management in order to provide certain reference for the industry.
