目的:对比多层螺旋CT与MRI在肝脏肿瘤检测中的影像学特点及诊断价值。方法:选取2016年3月~2017年3月到本院治疗肝脏肿瘤的患者60例作为研究对象,所有患者均经过多层螺旋CT、MRI两种方式进行诊断,观察肝脏肿瘤在两种诊断方式下的影像学特点,研究多层螺旋CT、MRI在肝脏肿诊断中的鉴别价值。结果:肝脏肿瘤患者动脉期检测出68个病灶,其中有28个高密度病灶、8个低密度病灶、10个等密度病灶;在静脉期检测出40个病灶,其中有22个低密度病灶,经CT平扫检测无异常表现的患者有4例,但通过MRI检查T2WI序列显示出异常信号,增强CT检测呈现出明显病灶。结论:多层螺旋CT与MRI诊断可有效呈现出肝脏肿瘤的血供特点,且肝脏肿瘤的有效检测率较为显著,若将两种检测方式将结合可为肝脏肿瘤的鉴别最有价值的诊断标准。
Objective: To compare the imaging features and diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT and MRI in liver tumor detection. Methods: From March 2016 to March 2017 to treat 60 patients with liver tumors in our hospital as the research object, all patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT, MRI two ways to observe the liver tumors in two diagnostic methods Under the imaging features, multi-slice spiral CT, MRI diagnosis of liver lesions in the differential diagnosis. RESULTS: Sixty-six lesions were detected in the arterial phase of liver cancer patients, including 28 high-density lesions, 8 low-density lesions and 10 isodense lesions. Forty lesions were detected in the venous phase, including 22 low-density lesions, There were 4 cases of patients who had no abnormal findings by CT scan, but T2WI showed abnormal signals by MRI and enhanced CT examination showed obvious lesions. Conclusion: MSCT and MR imaging can effectively show the characteristics of blood supply of liver tumors, and the effective detection rate of liver tumors is more significant, if the two detection methods will be the most valuable diagnostic criteria for the identification of liver tumors .
