本文给出一种根据预定轧件变形区形状及均整区长度来确定三辊行星轧辊辊型曲线的方法。为了改善轧制质量、消除轧件螺旋纹缺陷,减小轧件出口处的变形阻力以利轧制顺利进行,本文推荐轧件变形区采用幂函数曲线。本文还给出了轧辊与轧件接触的速度分折方法,以此为基础可导出最佳辊型的优化设计方法以及轧机的合理运动参数的确定方法。三辊行星轧机的结构十分紧凑,因而三个轧辊干涉与否是辊型设计中一个必须解决的问题。本文在彻底弄清轧辊之间以及轧辊与轧件之间的几何关系的基础上,提出了一种精确的切片干涉检查方法。上述三部分内容均已编写成可供实际使用的电算程序,程序可在Apple-Ⅱ或IBM机上使用。
In this paper, a method of determining the roll profile of a three-roll planetary roller based on the shape of the deformed zone and the length of the uniform zone is given. In order to improve the quality of the rolling, to eliminate spiral defects of the rolling parts and to reduce the deformation resistance at the exit of the rolling part so as to facilitate the smooth rolling process, the power function curve is recommended in the deformed part of the rolling part. In this paper, the method of speed analysis of the contact between the roll and the rolling stock is also given. Based on this, the optimal design method of the optimum roll shape and the determination of the reasonable motion parameters of the rolling mill can be derived. Three roller planetary mill is very compact structure, so the three roller interference or roller design is a problem must be solved. In this paper, based on the thorough understanding of the geometric relationship between the rolls and between the rolls and the rolled pieces, an accurate slice interference checking method is proposed. The above three parts have been compiled into practical use of the computer program, the program can be used in Apple-Ⅱ or IBM machine.
