本文通过原发性腹膜后肿瘤（ＰＲＰＴ）２７例分析，认为该疾病临床较少见，早期诊断较困难。本文术前诊断率为８１．８％。治疗以手术完整切除肿瘤为主，对恶性者采用根治性切除，对侵犯周围脏器合并所侵脏器块状切除或部分切除。如侵犯大血管等重要器官不易切除者，良性肿瘤或低恶性肿瘤可采用包膜内切除或部分切除，水组手术切除率为８５％。 In this article, 27 cases of primary retroperitoneal tumors (PRPT) were analyzed. It is considered that the disease is rare in clinic and early diagnosis is difficult. The preoperative diagnosis rate was 81.8%. The treatment was mainly performed on complete resection of the tumor, radical resection was performed on the malignant, and the encroachment of the surrounding organs combined with massive resection or partial resection was performed. If major organs such as large blood vessels are not easily resectable, benign or low-grade tumors may be subcapsulated or partially resectioned. The surgical resection rate in the water group is 85%.
