体育舞蹈既能健身又能美体,这极大的满足了大学生的生理和心理需求。因此,体育舞蹈在高校中迅速的成为了一项热门的运动项目。然而体育舞蹈的教学也会存在一些障碍,如学生们参差不齐的体育素质。本文通过研究体育教学中分层教学法的理论依据,分析了分层教学的原因以及教学模式,为了让分层教学法能更好的运用在体育舞蹈教学中,分析其优缺点并提出相关解决策略,让高校体育舞蹈教学质量得以提高。
