党组织是党的坚强堡垒,做好现代企业的党建工作,对于密切联系职工群众,促进企业健康和谐发展都具有十分重要的意义。本文笔者结合自身工作实践,对现代国有企业的党建工作做了简要分析。
Party organizations are the strongholds of the party and do a good job in party building in modern enterprises. It is of great significance to maintaining close contact with the masses of workers and promoting the healthy and harmonious development of enterprises. In this paper, the author combines his own work practice, made a brief analysis of the party building in modern state-owned enterprises.
