介绍了采用 17CrMo1V材料的汽轮机焊接低压转子脆断评定方法。给出了 17CrMo1V转子材料断裂力学性能数据的取值和低压转子临界裂纹尺寸、允许初始裂纹尺寸、疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的确定方法 ,以及低压转子裂纹扩展寿命评估和预测方法。结合某大型汽轮机的运行实际 ,给出了17CrMo1V材料焊接低压转子防脆断评定的实例。
This paper introduces the evaluation method of brittle fracture of low pressure rotors welded by steam turbine with 17CrMo1V material. The fracture mechanics performance data of 17CrMo1V rotor and the critical crack size of low-pressure rotor are given, and the method to determine the initial crack size, the fatigue crack growth life and the fatigue life prediction and prediction method of the low-pressure rotor are given. Combined with the actual operation of a large steam turbine, an example of the evaluation of anti-brittle fracture of 17CrMo1V welded low-pressure rotor was given.
