目的分析血清Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及相应细胞因子IL-4、IL-5及IL-9在变应性鼻炎患者中的表达水平,及在不同持续状态下Eotaxin、ICAM-1及ECP的水平差异。方法选取2015年10月-2016年10月本院门诊确诊的AR患者82例为研究组,分为发作间歇组40例及发作持续组42例;另选择同期健康体检者82例为对照组。分析所有研究对象的血清Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及IL-4、IL-5及IL-9水平。结果 AR研究组血清Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及IL-4、IL-5及IL-9水平均高于对照组;间歇组ECP水平显著低于持续组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。间歇组AR患者Eotaxin略高于持续组,ICAM-1低于持续组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及IL-4、IL-5及IL-9参与了EOS细胞的趋化、迁移、过程,而不同持续状态下的AR患者,Eotaxin、ICAM-1水平的表达及ECP释放不同。
Objective To analyze the expression of Eotaxin, ICAM-1, ECP and the related cytokines IL-4, IL-5 and IL-9 in patients with allergic rhinitis and the relationship between Eotaxin, ICAM-1 and ECP Horizontal difference. Methods Eighty-two AR patients diagnosed in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as study group, divided into attack interval group (n = 40) and attack onset group (n = 42). Another 82 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Serum levels of Eotaxin, ICAM-1, ECP and IL-4, IL-5 and IL-9 were analyzed in all subjects. Results The levels of Eotaxin, ICAM-1, ECP, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-9 in AR group were significantly higher than those in control group. The ECP level in intermittent group was significantly lower than that in continuous group <0.05). Eotaxin in intermittent AR patients was slightly higher than that in persistent patients, while ICAM-1 was lower than that in persistent patients. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions Eotaxin, ICAM-1, ECP, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-9 are involved in the chemotaxis, migration and progression of EOS cells, while the expression of Eotaxin and ICAM- ECP release different.
