大用户向发电企业直接购电交易中,电费及大用户产品等效价格的制定共同影响各方收益。为找寻最合适的定价状态,提出将直接交易电价和产品等效电价作为发电企业和用户的决策变量,基于博弈论的思想建立了以系统各参与者收益达到最优均衡状态为目标的完全信息非合作的双层规划模型;并在该双层模型基础上构建了以系统最优为目标的全局优化模型。仿真结果表明,在直购电交易过程中,各参与者满足理性经济人假设时,所得Stackelberg均衡解更适合主导方发电厂的发展需要,市场呈现出更强的稳定性与可持续性。
Large users to the power generation business direct purchase transactions, electricity and large user products to develop the equivalent price together affect the proceeds of all parties. In order to find the most suitable pricing model, the direct transaction price and product equivalent price are proposed as decision variables for power generation enterprises and users. Based on the game theory, a complete information system aiming at the optimal equilibrium of all participants’ income is established Non-cooperative bi-level programming model. On the basis of this bi-level model, a global optimization model with system optimization as the goal is constructed. The simulation results show that the Stackelberg equilibrium solution is more suitable for the development needs of the leading power plant when the participants satisfy the assumption of rational economic man in the process of direct power purchase transaction, and the market shows more stability and sustainability.
