目的中西医结合治疗跟痛症68例的临床疗效。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月期间,68例在该院接收治疗的足跟痛患者为研究对象,以随机分组方式将68例患者分为两组,其中34例采用冲击波治疗,为冲击波组,另外34例患者采用中西医结合治疗,为中西医组,比较分析两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法评分。结果治疗后,中西医组的视觉模拟评分法评分明显低于冲击波组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗跟痛症,疗效确切,可有效减轻患者的而痛苦,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating 68 cases of heel pain with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 68 patients with heel pain receiving treatment in this hospital were selected as the research objects. Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups, of which 34 were treated with shock wave and were Shock wave group, the other 34 patients treated with Integrative Medicine, for the Western group, comparative analysis before and after treatment of visual analog scale score. Results After the treatment, the visual analogue scale score of Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly lower than that of shock wave group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Medicine with the treatment of pain, the exact effect, which can effectively reduce the patient’s pain, it is worth promoting.
