家长的资源是无穷的,家长是我们的特色老师,因此我们开展了极具特色的“明星家长进幼儿园”活动。我们邀请酒店厨师爸爸带着他的雕刻工具和常用蔬菜,给孩子们现场制作水果拼盘;会捏面泥的奶奶进园给孩子们现场制作鱼、龙、桃子;我们还邀请警察爸爸在教室给孩子们练习交通手语,讲解红绿灯的规则;还有牙科医生爸爸向孩子们介绍关于保护牙齿的知识,还给孩子们上了一节有趣的卫生保健课;在少儿体校工作的家长陪孩子练起了武术,教孩子学习秧歌舞……我们每月安排一位家长进课堂,充分挖掘家长的潜能,孩子在与家长的互动过程中开阔了视野,了解了各种职业人的劳动,丰富了知识,增长了经验,取得了良好的教育效果。 Parents resources are endless, parents are our special teachers, so we launched a very unique “star parents into kindergarten” activities.
