采用多元微合金化成分设计,通过LF+VD精炼、连铸、TMCP控轧控冷、正火等一系列技术,成功开发出高强高韧性的XGD36-Z35深海石油钻井平台用特厚钢板(80~100mm)。试生产结果表明:特厚板内部质量和各项综合性能指标均能满足用户的要求。其中探伤合格率达到99.8%,不同厚度的最小屈服强度和抗拉强度分别超过365和515MPa,最小伸长率为30.5%;z向断面收缩率最小值为39.2%;-20℃横向1/4和1/2冲击功最小值分别为79和81J。
Adopting a series of technologies such as LF + VD refining, continuous casting, TMCP controlled rolling and normalizing, a series of technologies have been successfully developed for XGD36-Z35 deep sea oil drilling platform with high strength and high toughness (80 ~ 100mm). Trial production results show that: the internal quality of heavy plate and the comprehensive performance indicators can meet the user’s requirements. The qualified rate of flaw detection reached 99.8%. The minimum yield strength and tensile strength of different thickness exceeded 365 and 515MPa respectively, the minimum elongation was 30.5%, the minimum value of z-section reduction was 39.2% And the minimum 1/2 impact energy is 79 and 81 J, respectively.
