目的:探讨心理护理与健康教育在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月重庆万州区第五人民医院收治的异位妊娠患者70例。均确诊为异位妊娠并拟行腹腔镜手术治疗,随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组患者35例,其中对照组患者围手术期接受临床常规护理干预,观察组患者则在对照组护理基础上强化心理护理与健康教育,评估两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁情况,并比较两组患者护理满意度、治疗依从性以及生活质量情况。结果:两组患者入院时焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但出院时观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组出院时患者护理满意度、生活质量、治疗依从性评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:异位妊娠腹腔镜手术围手术期护理中强化心理护理与健康教育可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁病情,并可有效改善患者围手术期生活质量以及治疗依从性、护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of psychological nursing and health education in the perioperative nursing of ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Seventy patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Wanzhou District from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected. Were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy and laparoscopic surgery to be planned, random number table method will be divided into observation group and control group, 35 patients in each group, of which patients in the control group received perioperative clinical routine nursing intervention, observation group patients On the basis of the control group, psychological nursing and health education were strengthened. Anxiety and depression before and after the intervention were evaluated. The nursing satisfaction, treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, SAS and SDS scores in the observation group (P <0.05). And the scores of nursing satisfaction, quality of life and treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at discharge, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) . CONCLUSION: Intensified psychological nursing and health education in perioperative nursing for ectopic pregnancy during laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve the patient’s anxiety and depression, and can effectively improve perioperative quality of life, compliance with treatment and satisfaction with nursing.
