借助社会资本实施国际化战略已成共识。然而,现有研究对于社会资本与国际化战略的匹配性缺乏关注。基于227家国际化制造企业样本数据,重点研究社会资本对探索性国际化和利用性国际化的差异性影响。研究发现,商业网络资本对探索性国际化、利用性国际化具有同等程度的正向影响,政治网络资本对探索性国际化具有更强的正向影响,知识网络资本对利用性国际化具有更强的正向影响。研究结论对于企业如何借助社会资本推动国际化战略实施具有理论贡献和实践启示。
With the help of social capital to implement international strategy has become a consensus. However, the existing research lacks attention for the matching between social capital and international strategy. Based on the sample data of 227 international manufacturing enterprises, the paper focuses on the differential impact of social capital on exploratory internationalization and the utilization of internationalization. The study finds that the commercial online capital has the same positive impact on exploratory internationalization and usability internationalization. The political online capital has a stronger positive impact on exploratory internationalization. The knowledge network capital has a more positive effect on exploitative internationalization Strong positive impact. The conclusion of the study has theoretical contribution and practical enlightenment to enterprises how to use social capital to promote the implementation of internationalization strategy.
