目的 利用声学技术分析腭裂构音异常。方法 分析 72名腭裂术后患者伴有典型错误构音时的/s//t//g//k/强频区位置、频率。以正常组为对照 ,研究腭裂语音错误构音语图表现。结果 伴有错误构音的音素高频区域的噪音强度衰减明显 ,频率值相对下降 ,而低频区域常常出现强频区 ,能量也较大。结论 语音声学技术是一种较好的腭裂语音错误构音评价方法 ,还可用于分析腭裂错误构音形成的病理生理基础
Objective To analyze acoustic anomalies of cleft palate by acoustic technique. Methods We analyzed the position and frequency of / s // t // g // k / strong frequency region in 72 patients with cleft palate followed by typical false-sounding. The normal group as a control study of cleft palate cleft phonetic incorrect speech performance. As a result, the noise intensity attenuated obviously in the high-frequency region of the phoneme accompanied by the incorrect cadence, and the frequency value decreased relatively. However, the strong frequency region frequently appeared in the low-frequency region, and the energy was also large. Conclusions Phonetic acoustics is a good method to evaluate the incorrect articulation of cleft palate. It can also be used to analyze the pathophysiology of incorrect cleft palate formation
