在西方绘画中,肖像画一直是占有非常重要地位的题材类型。肖像画作为最接近人自身的绘画表现范畴,也反映了每一时期人们的精神状态,审美取向等诸多方面的人文特征。但是,伴随着照相术的产生和发展,绘画在传统意义上作为纪录载体的功能被逐渐消解。这导致了在绘画领域发生的那些为人们所熟知的巨大变化。其中,肖像绘画这一特定绘画形态,从含义到表现方式以及作品形态都发生了全方位的变化。
In Western painting, portraits have always been the subject matter occupying a very important position. Portraits, as the category of painting which is the closest to man himself, also reflects the humanistic features in many aspects such as people’s mental state and aesthetic orientation in each period. However, along with the emergence and development of photography, the function of painting as a record carrier in the traditional sense is gradually eliminated. This has led to great changes that are well-known in the field of painting. Among them, the portrait painting of this particular painting form, from the meaning to the way of expression as well as the form of work have undergone a full range of changes.
