本文研究了粉煤灰、矿渣微粉、石灰石粉三种矿物掺合料分别与硫铝酸盐水泥复掺,对硫铝酸盐水泥基自流平砂浆的凝结时间、流动度、抗压强度和收缩率等性能的影响,并借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对不同胶凝体系进行微观测试分析。结果表明:粉煤灰、矿渣微粉、石灰石粉参与胶凝体系水化的程度有限,主要起填充密实、调节砂浆强度等级的作用;同时通过改变掺合料的掺量,可以制备适应不同工程要求的自流平砂浆。
