1995年4月15日,涟钢制氧车间一台1800m3/h的3Z5．5－33/30型氧压机二级缸着火燃烧。该机是开封空分设备厂产品,采用立式三级三列双作用无油润滑。1994年仅投产半年左右,1995年1月进行了一次中修,此后一直闲置。1995年4月15日上午11:40正式开机,12:45就发生燃爆事故。结果,活塞杆被烧断,连杆拆断,密封结构烧坏,下部机壳严重破坏。幸亏当班人员及时关闭氧气进口阀门,赶紧灭火,才未使事故扩大。根据运行时间与事故现场分析,燃爆的原因大概有以下几个方面。
