随着近几年互联网金融的兴起和发展,消费信贷也迅速的渗入社会的各类群体中,影响着人们生活的方方面面,不仅被不同工薪阶层所接受,也备受部分青年学生的青睐。广大的在校大学生群体,是社会众多精英的培养基地,他们对新事物的接收能力较强,尝试新事物的积极性也较高,于是很多互联网金融公司纷纷开始在校园拓展其信贷业务,推出各种专门针对大学生的金融消费产品,抢占校园消费信贷的市场。在此过程中,虽然校园的信贷消费市场得到了开拓,但是与此同时问题也是层出不穷,其中信贷欺诈、借贷审核程序简单粗糙、后期债务催收方法侵权等问题日益凸显,本文将概括分析研究在校园消费信贷中问题并提出对策建议。
