语文教学是一台戏,教师只有演好自己的角色,才能提高这台戏的质量。新课程标准以其鲜明的教育理想和浓郁的时代创新气息,呼唤着语文教师的角色转变。教师应该而且必须完成由知识的传授者向教育的促进者的转变。作为语文新课程的实施者,能否摆正自身角色的位置,事关新课改的成败。一、语文教师应该是学生学习语文的组织者、引导者、参与者新课程理念强调,教师是学生学习的组织者、引导者和参与者,教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。
Chinese teaching is a drama, the teacher can only improve their own role in order to improve the quality of the show. The new curriculum standards with its distinctive educational vision and rich flavor of the times, calling for the role of language teachers change.
