虽然几近用滥的“一刀切”之词,至今在词典里尚找不到它的身影,但它作为一种实际的存在,不仅流传久远,而且日渐盛炽。所谓“一切”用不着赘言解释,谁都明白是怎么回事。这种形而上学的东西既是国人的一大癖好,又成为见怪不怪的沉疴。因而在“一刀切”的理念支配下,那种反映在用人问题上以文取人、以貌取人、以年龄和学历取人的现象便屡见不鲜了。其实,“一刀切”从来不是好办法。之所以说“一刀切”不是好办法,是因为它并不符合事物的客观规律。比方眼下职场上的各种招聘启事上,对年龄的要求就有非得“35岁以下”的死杠杠,对这种有失偏颇的条文,尽管众说纷纭,却不见收敛。我们姑且不论这种界定的理由,至少可说它缺乏科学性。这是因为:一则超出35岁的人才比比皆是,且年富力强,并非不中用;二则所有岗
