本文在界定国际化人才概念,概述人力资本形成理论的基础上,分析了目前我国企业国际化人才培养的主要方式及其存在的问题,并探索国际知名企业较成熟的国际化人才培养模式,从中得到四点重要启示,最终总结出一个较完善的企业国际化人才培养模式的构成。
