为了解决人工采摘花椒存在的效率低、手易受花椒树刺的伤害的问题,本文设计了一种负压吸收式花椒采摘机。利用风机产生的负压,将花椒吸入采摘头,并通过旋转式采摘头将花椒与树枝分离,最终由气流送入收集盒。该采摘机利用锂电池进行驱动,能够有效提高采摘效率,并具有结构简单,携带方便,安全可靠的特点。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of hand-picked prickly ash and hand-prickly damage caused by Pricklyash pricklyash, a negative pressure-absorbing pricker was designed in this paper. Using the negative pressure generated by the fan, the prickly ash will be sucked into the picking head, and the prickly ash will be separated from the branches by the rotary picking head, and finally the air will be sent to the collecting box. The picking machine uses lithium battery to drive, which can effectively improve the picking efficiency, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient carrying, safety and reliability.
