In recent years, the physical fitness of some school pupils in China, especially primary school pupils, has shown a downward trend for many reasons. Among them, the family education “heavy nutrition and light exercise ”, school education “intelligence and light body ” phenomenon is particularly prominent, resulting in the gradual decline of children’s physical fitness. In school education, physical education is an important carrier for children’s physical development.
