随着内燃机朝着高速、轻型、大功率方向发展,由其引起的振动问题成为制约内燃机向更高排量发展的瓶颈,因此解决内燃机振动问题已成当务之急。从引起单缸内燃机振动的力源入手,简述在内燃机设计阶段常用的平衡振动的方法,在此基础上探讨减振原理,并据此设计一柴油发动机固体摩擦减振器。
As the internal combustion engine develops in the direction of high speed, light weight and high power, the vibration problem caused by it becomes a bottleneck restricting the development of the internal combustion engine to a higher displacement. Therefore, it is imperative to solve the vibration problem of the internal combustion engine. Starting from the force source that causes the vibration of single cylinder internal combustion engine, the method of balancing vibration commonly used in the design stage of internal combustion engine is briefly introduced. On the basis of this, the principle of vibration reduction is discussed and a diesel engine solid friction absorber is designed accordingly.
