651由沈阳药学院合成,经元素、紫外及红外分析和薄层层析,相当于国外文献记载的V—11100A[癌福息定(Nafo-xidine)],结构式如图1。两者药理作用相似,即651也有良好的抗孕效果,无雄激素作用,但有较弱的雌激素及较明显的抗外源性雌激素作用;体外抗癌实验证明651也有抗癌作用。本组在筛选抗炎药物时发现其对小鼠急性炎症模型有抗炎作用。
651 was synthesized by Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. Elemental, ultraviolet and infrared analysis and thin layer chromatography were equivalent to V-11100A [Nafo-xidine] recorded in foreign literature. The structural formula is shown in Figure 1. The pharmacological effects of the two are similar, that is, 651 also has a good antiprogestation effect, no androgen, but there is a weaker estrogen and a more obvious role in the resistance to exogenous estrogen; in vitro anti-cancer experiments prove that 651 also has anti-cancer effects. This group was found to have anti-inflammatory effects on acute inflammation models in mice when screening anti-inflammatory drugs.
