目的:改进国标生活饮用水中耐热大肠菌群的测定方法。方法:将水样接种于乳糖蛋白胨培养液后,直接在44.5℃培养箱中培养24 h观察结果,并与原法进行对比。结果:改进法节省时间约24 h,两者结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改进法适用于生活饮用水和环境水样的检测。
Objective: To improve the method of determination of heat-resistant coliforms in domestic standard drinking water. Methods: The water samples were inoculated in lactose peptone culture medium, directly cultured in 44.5 ℃ incubator 24 h observation results and compared with the original method. Results: The modified method saved about 24 hours, the difference between the two results was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The improved method is suitable for the detection of drinking water and environmental water samples.
