In the following, several typical cases of bank credit card litigation are selected. Through analysis, we can find out the shortcomings of the current banking industry in implementing the principle of prudent management and the protection of financial consumers’ rights. Therefore, it has some warning significance. In the course of business operation, banks may incur litigation disputes because they fail to adhere to the principle of prudent operation or fail to protect the rights and interests of financial consumers.
