大力发展职业教育是经济和社会发展的客观需要,职业类学校就是以培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的技术应用性人才为根本任务的教育机构,每一所职业类学校都以毕业学生拥有一技之长而抢占职校市场,所以学校必须以劳动力市场的就业需求为出发点,努力提高技能培训,因此,探索实习教学中内在的规律,使学生更好地掌握实践技能。毫无疑问,训练是促使学生掌握技能的唯一手段,但训练方法是否科学合理,则对学生技能掌握形成的好坏与快慢关系极大。除教材中提到的若干应用点外,本人结合多年来在技能教学实践中的体会,总结了五种教学方法。 Vigorous development of vocational education is an objective need of economic and social development.
