Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is one of the common clinical diseases. Brain edema is one of the major complication of severe organophosphate poisoning. The author in 1992 to 1998 rescue organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated by cerebral edema in 18 cases, are as follows. 1 General Information The group of 18 patients, 10 males and 8 females; aged 2 2 to 4 5 years, an average of 33.5 years.
