目的：报告26例颅内蛛网膜囊肿手术效果。方法：手术切除大部分囊壁+脑室（池）造瘘。结果：20例症状明显改善，5例症状减轻，1例无变化。结论：手术的关键应充分建立囊腔与脑室（池）之间的沟通。
Objective: To report the effect of intracranial arachnoid cyst in 26 cases. Methods: Surgical resection of most of the cyst wall + ventricle (pool) fistula. Results: The symptoms of 20 patients were significantly improved, 5 patients relieved symptoms and 1 patient had no change. CONCLUSIONS: The key to surgery should be adequate communication between the cyst and the ventricles (pools).
