1.液压缸进入空气在维修挖掘机液压系统过程中,常会造成液压缸内进入空气。这些空气在受到活塞挤压后,温度可瞬间上升至600~800℃,变成高温、高压气体。该高温高压气体产生的不良后果有二:一是将缸盖密封圈烧蚀,造成缸盖与缸筒贴合面漏油;二是导致缸筒口部胀大(0.20~0.80 mm),严重时甚至可将缸体烧蚀。液压缸内部进入空气时的工作状态如图1所示。为此,在更换液压缸及液压管路后,必须彻底排除液压缸及液压管路中的空气。具体排气方法如下:首先让有杆腔低速进油,并满行程往复运行10~
