三步非等步相位测量轮廓术(PMP)算法在对采集的变形条纹图像光强的除法运算中忽视了分母为零的情况,导致在一部分区域出现截断相位与相位展开出错,致使重构三维面形的畸变与失真。为此,提出了一种改进的三步非等步PMP算法,修正了在除法运算中分母为零时的相位分布情况,避免了光强相除时导致的一部分盲点。通过计算机模拟与实验表明,新改进的算法有效地提高了测量精度,拓展了适用范围。
