本文合成了2-[2-噻唑偶氨]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(TAEB)并研究了它与镍的显色反应。结果发现,在pH 4.2~5.7的乙醇水溶液中TAEB与镍形成一种稳定的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于615nm。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.05×10~5。配合物的组成为 Ni:TAEB=1:1。镍的浓度在0~14μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律。在氟化铵和硫脲存在下,该方法具有较好的选择性,用于铝合金中镍的测定取得满意结果。
In this paper, 2- [2-thiazolylazo] -5-diethylaminobenzoic acid (TAEB) was synthesized and its color reaction with nickel was studied. The results showed that TAEB forms a stable blue complex with nickel in aqueous solution of ethanol at pH 4.2-5.7, and its maximum absorption wavelength is at 615 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.05 × 10 ~ 5. The composition of the complex is Ni: TAEB = 1: 1. The nickel concentration is in the range of 0 ~ 14μg / 25ml obeys Beer’s law. In the presence of ammonium fluoride and thiourea, this method has good selectivity and is used to obtain satisfactory results for the determination of nickel in aluminum alloys.
