反常出新闻——三谈新闻要新

在过去批判的西方的新闻观点中,人们最熟悉的论点,莫过于“狗咬人不是新闻,人咬狗才是新闻”了.这句话过去被认为是美国《太阳报》主编德纳说的,故称之为“德纳定义”。后经查证,不是德纳说的,而是《太阳报》采访部主任博加特说的,张冠李戴了。所以,本文中姑称之为“博加特论点”.(注) 博加特论点的命题当然是非常错误的。但是,也含有一点合理的颗粒。这就是:“反常出新闻”. 大家知道,新闻是发展变化中的客观现实的反映。新闻要新,就要着眼于变,从变化中发现新鲜事物,从变化中找新闻.为此,我们在研究事物发展变化的客观规律时,既重视事物的正常变化,也不忽视反常现象,不忽视“反常出新闻”。在现实生活中,“反常出新闻”是屡见不鲜的。例如: One of the most familiar arguments of Western criticism in the past is that “dog bites are not news, people bite dogs are news.” The phrase used to be thought by the editor of the American newspaper The Sun, , So called “Dana definition.” After verification, not what Dana said, but the “Sun” interview director Bogart said that Zhang Guanghui was wearing. This is: “Unusual news.” Everyone knows that news is a reflection of objective reality in the development and changes. When news needs to be new, we must look at change, find new things from change, and find news from changes.For this reason, when we study the objective law of things and change, we not only pay attention to the normal changes of things but also ignore the anomalies, Do not ignore “abnormal news.” In real life, “abnormal news” is not uncommon.
