研制了基于测绳法的土中多点沉降测量设备,该套设备的基本原理为在土中埋设沉降管,在每节沉降管上设置沉降标,沉降管随土体发生竖向变形后,通过沉降标将不同深度土体的竖向变形传递到孔口,然后用拉绳式位移传感器采集数据。通过现场实测,表明该测试方法的精度能够满足岩土工程的要求。较之传统的深层沉降测量方法,该方法既提高了测量精度,又能满足多孔多点的测量要求。土中多点沉降测量设备可结合土体水平位移观测,实现土层深部任意点矢量位移的量测。该方法应用于工程原位测试,取得了很好的效果。
The multi-point settlement measuring equipment based on the rope test method is developed. The basic principle of the equipment is to lay the settlement pipe in the soil and set the settlement mark on each settlement pipe. After the settlement pipe has been vertically deformed with the soil, The vertical deformation of soils with different depths is transmitted to the orifice through the settlement mark, and then the data is collected by the pull rope displacement sensor. The field test shows that the accuracy of the test method can meet the requirements of geotechnical engineering. Compared with the traditional deep settlement measurement method, this method not only improves the measurement accuracy but also meets the multi-hole multi-point measurement requirements. Soil multi-point settlement measuring device can be combined with the horizontal displacement of soil observation, to achieve any point of soil depth vector displacement measurement. The method is applied to engineering in situ testing and achieved good results.
