印染废水的治理是水系环境治理的重点,将TiO2作为光催化剂用于印染污水治理引起了人们的高度重视。实验用水解法制备纳米TiO2光催化剂,并用其对二甲酚橙溶液进行降解。TiO2焙烧温度为300℃、溶液pH值为2.4、溶液初始浓度为20mg/L、降解时间为30min时二甲酚橙溶液降解率最高可达97.6%,该催化剂重复使用10次后仍保持较好的催化活性,对二甲酚橙溶液的降解率仍超过85%。
