本文提出利用反相高效液相色谱法测定血样和尿样中５种卟啉化合物的方法，并对３４例健康正常者和６７例慢性肾衰竭患者尿液和血液中的卟啉化合物进行测定，并对其进行讨论。
In this paper, a method for the determination of five porphyrins in blood and urine samples by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was developed. The urinary and blood porphyrins in 34 healthy controls and 67 patients with chronic renal failure were assayed. And discuss it.
